The assistant manager Vanessa and the manager JP was super nice and professional when I dropped off the car with the malfunctioning window motor. They got it fixed within the same day, and I'm super happy with the service I received. Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks!

Vanessa and the team at Kailua Midas are incredibly helpful, warm, and professional. After our tire blew out while on our way to breakfast at Cinnamon’s, they helped me to assess the situation, ordered the right tires from across the island, and got the job done in under two hours. What could have been a very stressful experience was made simple by Kailua Midas. (And we got our Cinnamon’s in the meantime 😁) Thank you Vanessa and team!

Great service with Aloha. New location is very conveniently located. Grab a coffee in the lobby or walk across the street and grab a latte

Ram 1500 Absolutely loved my experience with Midas Kailua. Vanessa and JP are the most amazing people you’ll ever meet. I brought my truck in for a clunking noise and off center steering wheel. Other shops told me I needed a new front end basically. JP road tested, diagnosed and found exactly what I needed. No nonsense and not a new front end. My truck feels and drives like new and I can’t thank Vanessa and JP enough. The comfort of feeling safe while driving is incredible and knowing that your concerns are heard by the technicians is immeasurable. Thank you both for the amazing experience.

The appointment was scheduled at a convenient time for me to bring in my vehicle. Upon my arrival, I was kindly greeted by a pleasant and helpful person at the front desk. My car was serviced and inspected promptly. Recommendations were provided, and I was able to arrange a follow-up appointment for the necessary work at a time that suited my schedule. The checkout process was efficient, and no time was wasted during my visit to this establishment.
